Relevant background on Sajous Solutions’ Founder and CEO:
Business has been part of our founder’s personality for as far back as he can remember. Beginning with the “school store,” Carl-Henry bought and sold the newly released NBA brand pencils. They were a hot commodity and he took advantage of basic economics and the law of supply and demand very early on. Lunch money was redirected to buying the entire inventory - for resale.
The interest continued as an active member of his high school’s FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). During that time, Carl-Henry was selected to be in the manager trainee program of a Fortune 500 company. That experience solidified the desire to take learning to the next level. Soon thereafter, Carl-Henry attended and graduated from Virginia’s entrepreneurial-minded doctoral research university (ODU) with a concentration in Business Management.
Professionally, Carl-Henry has created various initiatives for multiple Fortune 100 companies. He was in the inaugural Leadership Skills Development Program, where he spearheaded the initiative strategically designed to “Attract, retain and develop world-class talent.” Carl-Henry managed and operated his own financial planning firm - where he was awarded a highly coveted award in his first year of the business, among multiple annual awards. More recently, Carl-Henry has been in corporate management as the director of business development for a billion dollar company. To date, he is responsible for successfully securing over $80M in base annual contract value contracts on behalf of the company.
During the last decade, Carl-Henry has been instrumental behind the scenes on deals including companies such as: Nike, Amazon and Def Jam. Known for being a strategist and creating new business development partnerships and opportunities, he has decided to begin collaborating in more formal capacities.
